Hello all,
So far I have been positively impressed by the fact that all EfU systems and mechanics aim to create a metagaming-free environment and succeed greatly. To that purpose, would it make sense to make the Discord channel #channel-membership-requests private or perhaps do not allow users to peruse the channel's history? Or is it as simple as just not looking at said channel?
Cheers!
You can still see what group or faction a player has access to in discord by checking their profile and seeing their user-roles on discord. If there was a way to hide that too (I'm not sure there is) It has my support.

there is, it doesnt have to be publicly listed under their roles
Create an accessible process for private membership requests and use direct, invisible access features for that. Healthy balance of faction visibility and player privacy.
Also, please make association/faction tabs pingable again.
