Title: The Drowned Well - Boxes of Superior Treasure Empty

The boxes of superior treasure at the end of the quest "The Drowned Well" have been empty twice now.

They are per group, not per person. Are you sure someone hasn't looted them before you?

Oh, definitely my mistake then. The per-person ones have the same name so I wasn't certain. Disregard!

The per person ones are called 'Boxes' the per group ones are called 'Box'! And quite often the per person ones look like a stack of multiple crates, rather than just a single crate.
