In the Velstra Vale, there is still a placeable on the ground named "Partake..." that spawns Velstra Velvet, even though this shouldn't be possible. The fountain placeable named Lord Norbert's Prize makes clear that endless wine is no longer flowing, after Velstra lost the Royal Banner.
