Earlier today I bought Morgoul arrows off another player. When the barter finished, they (+2 acid damage) were transformed into Tusk Arrows (+2 Fire damage) which I already had 60 in my inventory. It filled up the Tusk arrow item to 299 and then dumped the rest into a separate pile of, properly named/damage type'd, Morgoul Arrows.
