Title: Detect evil stuck in permanent cooldown.

StrangerToday at 7:31 PM @ThomasPaladin, if you log out or crash while you Detect Evil is cooldown, it will never come off cooldown. You have to wait for a reset. Good luck not questing with evil. Nerd.
