Title: Primeval Obelisk- Rune symbol with only positive outcomes- add negative outcomes

As far as I know, and I'm 99% sure, this Rune type (the icon) only has positive buffs and therefore it's no use to have Lore when you see it.

Please add a negative effect / debuff to runes of this Icon type so it's not OOCly recongisable as always good.

I am speaking of this icon.

The haste rune is the same.

If I counted my notes correctly there are eight rune types that have only positive effect. Seven after Howl changed the first one.

Stone/cat rune.

Endurance rune.

Camoflague rune.

Blur/willow rune.

Bull/eye rune.

Grand Healing rune.

And the aforementioned Speed and Aid/Bless.
