I used a healing kit and the kit disappeared from my inventory entirely. This had happened twice before now, but not for ages. I lost 40 herbs, which was a big hit on a DM event. I did not get a Lost Item note in my combat log, which makes this bug very wierd. it was during the Copper Torc invasion.
I'll have to have a look but if there was not even a log to show loss of the item that's a different thing. Obviously being an edge case, it won't be easy to pin point exact reason down without some repetition and further leads.
In both cases, the items were in bags. But yeah, it's such an odd, irregular bug it's really confusing.
It's a chance someone has made a mistake in old or current code, in handling use events, which was the case in past when I fixed these last year. I will have to look over codes when I next can.
