The Moonlight Bonuses at night aren't applying. The amplify + clairvoyance/clairaudience

These are bonuses meant to apply at level 8 during night in non-planar areas.

No change in behavior. Month 1, day 2, Hour 20 according to the time clock.

PC is level 9.
