I think that Animate Dead should be added as a level 3 spell for Bards (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-KdDvwrDFA&list=PLchGsFtT6nrSwPAve39lPdeKr1OWWAk5j), just as it now is for clerics, sorcerers, and wizards.

That would facilitate the rare, but highly thematic necromancer bard.

THRILLER BARD needs to be a thing. Also could have a Necromancer Perk option.

Good idea! Animate Dead will be added as a 3rd level spell for bards. I look forward to seeing more Dirgesingers.
