Following conversation on efu-main making this suggestion is to add Yevethax (death/undeath,plant/fung) domain relic to vendor in bonecollectors hall.
A lot of books and arcane stuff but nothing for necro cleric unfortunately!
Also around the corner is a Pitter Peter temple that has 4rth circle relic!
In short:
Add a 4th circle relics of Yevethax domains to bonecollectors hall. Make bonecollectors great again!
