The witch charges 5000 groat, it was 1k in Ticker, and 1.2k in the Peerage.

As far as I'm aware she doesn't actually charge 5k and it's closer to 2k. The conversation is just not correct.

It's a bug in conversation yes, it won't cost you 5k
