Title: Bloodstained Buckler doesn't provide Dodge

After resting, resetting perks, relogging, reequipping it a few times, waiting for reset with it equipped - dodge feat doesn't appear in the list.

Isnt dodge a regularly toolsettable feat? Should just be on there as a bonus feat, right?

It isn't there as item property, no.
