My character, NOT dead and NOT subdued, suddenly got his bag yanked.

I've never seen this bug before and have no idea how it happened.

Situation was similar to this: https://www.efupw.com/forums/index.php?topic=701439.0

My PC tried yank command on dead body. Strangers PC, out of sight, half the length of area was instead yanked. His pack appeared next to the spawn point in 87. He was not subdued, was not a valid target for yank.

I've added an attempted bandaid for at least part of this issue. Let me know if this continues to occur
