One of the few annoying things in this chapter is how gated content is behind "RNG"
At this point everything has been mostly balanced / nerfed / level ranges adjusted / party size adjusted, and yet the amount of content on a given day is rather limited. I fully understand that there are technically more quests in the chapter, but it actually feels like less when at the higher end of the normal level range. Secondly, I've been accustomed to limited play time for years, as have many others as we age and grow up in this community, and spending 30-40 minutes running around the areas just isn't very ideal and puts people off I think.
I'd suggest that when seams appear somewhere they are announced in similar form to the barge captain or gladiators, be it by random ring runner npc or some wizard, etc.

I would enjoy this as well, I enjoy questing and exploring but giving people more IC incentive to go looking for something due to a rumor is a pretty cool idea as someone who comes up for different reasons to go on a quest
