Currently the "Sleep" spell focus effects do not apply to the "Slumber" spell. (DM confirmed in ask-efu-dms)
Considering they are +- the same I suggest the same spell focus bonuses apply to Slumber

They're being affected by the necro bonuses.
Also Dream Eater bonuses apply to it.
I recall I didn't add the enchantment bonus because DOUBLE it would be too much, but a small bonus is probably fine.
