Title: NPC Cleric in New Arrival's Tower [fixed]

He takes gold but does not cast spells, no doubt scaring away lots of new players with our rampant lack of professionalism.

Yeah, maybe this would be a good feature actually. Good point Mort. Except the NPC should actually CURSE them.

I was thinking more like they do the buff, but when they are about to go outside it triggers the classic Baron Bilby manor fireworks of death into the PC right after they leave and load the outside area.
