Title: Antitoxin and Salutary weight
Post by: Walrus Warwagon on August 21, 2021, 10:11:42 AM
Used by Heal skill-focused characters, these items serve to remove poison and disease when DC is met. Very neat mechanics, especially since people tent to ignore antidote and health potions for some reason.

But each of them weights 0.5, which adds up quickly. Healers usually do not have huge strength. Maybe it's possible to lower the weight somehow? Or at least to change base item type to one cell items with 0.3 weight?

Or, maybe, they can be made more valuable by adding something like Ironguts effect on use, at high enough Heal roll.

A high roll on antitoxin will in fact make your target more resistant to poison for a time after

Oh. Neat. Still too heavy but worthy of having two.

For what it's worth I agree, I feel like they should weigh the same as potions.
