Title: Warning When a Rented Room/Property is About to Expire

A day or two before the rent on a rented room or property is set to expire, it would be nice if the player gets some sort of warning message on log in or the like.

God. It would be amazing if at least you could ask Ms Minchin how many RL days/hours for it! I always kinda forget XD
