I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

Referring to https://wiki.efupw.com/index.php?title=Application-Only_Races#Air_Genasi

It doesn't look like the + 3 Move Silently is applied. ~~+3 Tumble appears to be applying however.~~

+3 Tumble isn't applied either

Nevermind! Seems to apply once you leave the starting area.
