Title: Remove Glitt NPC from Ghyl quest.

Remove the npc so that those who do not like peerage/great houses/Glitt could do the quest as well. Would be fair towards non peerage PCs that are anti ward.

Self respecting Peerage PCs lost access to Orcs. Seems fair to me.
