Title: choosable /c togglehood options

i think it would be cool if we could choose what our 'togglehood' head is, so people with those open-faced helmet heads could don and doff their helmet instead of wearing it 24/7

or people could pick a special hood like the halfling hood model... or take off hats?

I want this so bad! I want to pull up a hood but just am not a fan of the default hood model T_T
