A lot of the quests in V6 feel quite long. While that's nice sometimes, there are many other times where it is a big deterrent from people staying online for /one more/ or trying to hop online at all if they don't have enough time to spare.
Between walking the large areas / taking caravans / sailing on boats it really becomes a larger investment in V6 than previous it seems, and I've seen a ton of people stating they don't have time and logging off instead.
This is certainty not a full blanket statement for every quest, but it would definitely be nice to have more in each part of the BOARD that aren't a two hour investment., notably on the max 9 stuff.
I think good examples of spawn size and quest length would be Tunnels of Melek / Granary / Depths of Vanarod
Some examples of ones that feel excessively long / spawn too much would be like Quicksand Caverns or Hives, or even the Guul quest 6 max in terms of numbers.
+1
There’s also the issue that people are disinclined to go on quests that consume more resources than what the reward is likely to be. Take the Quicksand Caverns. It’s not a -hard- quest, really, but it’s just really long and takes a ton of blurs because spells don’t last long enough for a marathon like that.
