I spoke with Inspector Daoud about a possible lead regarding the murder of Legate Zaniah. While the killer was found I agreed that it may be a good idea to look for further information to locate other potential conspirators, or connections, within the Well.
He will speak with you on a possible angle regarding the investigation, and he needs the help of the Fourth Legion to attempt it. If you will agree with his suspicions, I would grant my support for the investigation.
