Honoured Legates,

I've a matter of utmost import with which I must speak to you on. I am but a humble soldier by the name of Robert Fauchard, but I pray that you, in your boundless wisdom and love for the people, will grant me an audience in private.

There are many things that have distressed me since my coming, some that have shook the very core of my soul far more than the toils under the cruel prisons of Banafsi.
