I was under the impression the basic Watcher Key allowed for the watchpost at the In Between to be utilized. Now though I think it may only be Spellguard or Sergenat keys.
If this isn't the case by design could that be changed? Watchers using the Watch-post for meetings and outpost related matters is something that would be ideal if at all possible.
If it is the case though by design due to the quest there understandable.

BUT valo can't because it was dm granted...
Defender Amulets should open this; all Spellguard + Watcher PCs should get a Defender Amulet. I don't know if that's the case at the moment.
