As the title says, I don't think the script actually needs an npc dealer.
Could we just get a few /c RoyalDragon command that checks for a deck of cards and allows the game to begin? This would allow any player to act as the dealer or house by starting it with /c RoyalDealer or whatever, and others to participate as normal with the copy/pasted stuff.

Plus 40 dinar is kinda chump change. Let PC House set a ceiling?

Default is Fourty unless specified, then highest anyone bet is 100, or higher if they want to go WILD WITH HIGH GAMBLES etc. If the house goes bankrupt that's on them for being too chesty, then anyone who says Start/etc then just automate the game.
That way you can do cool things like poker night and etc without having to take the 20 minutes to "Deal out cards" and etc.
