Included in this letter is a copy of the contract we went over the other day in the Maqam. Please look it over and send back any issues you have with it. I do not think there are any surprises, but I am always willing to work with you in making this a productive agreement for both of us.
The terms of your employment are as follows:
- The Protector is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of the Twindari, the local Maqbara, and any other local gravesites. This includes defending against any threats or disturbances that may arise.
- The Protector shall assist in retrieving and transporting bodies to the Maqam with minimal damage. Care and respect must be maintained throughout the process, in accordance with the sacred practices of the Brothers.
- This contract will remain in effect from the date of signing until terminated by either party with a notice period of one week.
- The Protector will receive a weekly payment of 250 dinar for services rendered, to be paid on the first day of each week, unless paid in advance. The Protector will receive a bonus of 100 dinar for helping recover or inter bodies.
- The Protector is expected to conduct themselves with honor and respect, upholding the values and traditions of the Twindari. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful may result in immediate termination of this contract.
- The Protector agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information related to the Twindari, the Crypts, and the deceased.
Again, if you find anything you have an issue with, please let me know. Otherwise we can schedule a time to meet in person and have it signed.
