QuoteSignora Seriyah,
I wanted to write to apologize to you for my slightly harsh words, after you came and offered to heal me. I should not have spoken to you so, and I am sorry for it. I was in a great deal of pain and not very happy about being held a hostage, but that was not your fault. Know that I was grateful that you tried to help.

Dear Fiordelise,
There is nothing for which an apology is required. While I remain ignorant of the context of what transpired, it is perfectly understandable that it was difficult to maintain courtesies amidst those strenuous circumstances. If anything, I am deeply sorry that the incident happened at all, and I regret that I could not do more to help you.
Please know that my earnest wishes and my prayers for a peaceful resolution are with you.
I recall during our first meeting that we spoke at length about how we could come to share words more regularly. It is a deep shame that politics had hindered this, but I do still look forward to the opportunity to speak with you more regularly on what charitable efforts may be undertaken for the refugees.
With humble gratitude,
Seriyah
