I humbly pledge in this writing that despite the turmoil and uncertainty that you remain one of my dearest companions. Never will I cross you.
Should you hunt for me I will elude you at every turn. Should we meet eye to eye in the dark I will flee.
I kept at your heel to see you safely through our battles, had it ever been needed or not, because I believe that when the time comes for difficult decisions to be made you will rise to the occasion. Do not fall stuck in the mire and murk of the Well's games. Greater things are at work and deep within I believe you know this.
You may receive this as a hollow offer but know it to be true; should you ever have need of me you need only ask.
I am watching. And I shall always stand in your defense or help you deliver justice for this miserable world.

What a strange and cruel sentiment you end your letter with. Surely you make such an offer knowing what I would immediately ask of you:
Firstly, answers.
Secondly, for you to be punished for your crimes.
You are right in that I am not gifted with the skills needed to find you in the dark. So I tell you now I need you to meet me in the light where I may have a chance to ask for the first and attempt to exact the second.
You frequently called me Sister and, though I never took the opportunity to respond in kind, I thought you my Brother. Loath as I am to afford one leeway from the particulars of the law, I may grant such as a favour between siblings.
If you are earnest in your offer to help me in my need, then state a time and place.
