Title: Character with old Street Magician perk was not updated

Character: Villama Pon Shikar

I took the Street Magician perk at 4, however I did not get new scrolls upon resting after the update, nor did I get scrolls when logging in today.

Update: just got a scroll. I suppose this is working.

No scrolls yesterday despite resting twice. Is it a chance thing?
