Financeer Frederico Mezzizeni and the Chief Scribe are some of my favorite prominent and powerful NPCS and I dislike they have been reduced to doing sendings for some of the most dweeb quests of all time. Can the quest sending NPCS be just random dweeb scribes or one of Mezzizeni's many dweebish servants? I think prominent NPCS should only be doing quest announcements if they are permadeath/high risk reward quests.
This is a good suggestion.
Let automated, upkeep bellows be done by nameless dregs, or at least new named npcs!
