Per your polite request, I have instructed the election scribes to make duplicates of the duplicates of the election relevant documents and ensure full records exists of every single action taken by the Scribes during the election process. Though there may be slight to significant delays in full compiling of all relevant information due to the current situation of Scribes doing unpaid in their duties in this busy time.
All we shall require is your filing of the proper and fully stamped and sealed documents of information requisition and dispensation, in triplicate, delivered seperately to each relevant office to facilitiate the official transfer of these documents out of the care of the Sublime Garden and into the care of the 4th Legion. If you do not have these documents to hand, or the documents you have to hand were obtained before the change from Puce Parchment to Light Puce 2 weeks ago, it would be advisable to secure the use of an Official Sublime Garden requisition Carrier Goose with the correct plumage for the current filing season to submit an official request for a requisition form to obtain each set of triplicate pages for each information request and dispensation document with the Office of Requisition Assessment and Response in Baz'eel. A Seperate Sublime Garden Carrier Spoonbill shall be required to place the request for the documents to requisition the required seals, though the office for the Dispensation of Sigils, Seals, and Sundry Symbols is notably more lax on the matter of official plumage. Given current average wait times, I believe you could have the documents fully prepared back in the well within 6 months if generous charity is included in your requisitions.
Once all this is done, we believe we can have the document crates shipped out in reasonable time once all the information is compiled and the Scribes are paid.
