During the "early" days of my PC, Thrthur Dmek, though currently retired, he took the Salvage Pit quest in the Bowels of the Machine, and he managed to find an item called the "Temple Key".
The description says that the handle of the key is small, small enough for someone such as a hin or gnome or so. It does not indicate anything similar with the good old keys of the Graveyard/Crypt in Mistlocke. However, after a reset or two. The key disappeared...
Is it the intended behavior?
I meant to post this earlier, but I forgot it somehow.
That key used to access an area that to my knowledge isn't in the module anymore BUT it just might be in a different form! Yet sadly it always used to vanish on a server reset. I believe it's intended.
