As it was bade topics of concern to be submitted ahead of time for the assembly, I submit as such:
Item One: The Synod has been derelict in its naming of new Hakem. The Wheel Faith, such cornerstone of Baz'eelan life, is adhered to by nearly all who walk Ephia aside from a few Modini dissident. If the Synod shall not raise a new Hakem then it would fall to the Assembly, and Legates, to act and raise. The tending of the garden that is culture requires the teachings and practices of the Faithful. The Refugee cannot be taught if the Synod is idle and the Hakem is absent. I would implore the Voiced to raise theirs, and move the Legates to select one. Even if they are only to sit Interim until the next Synod gathering may be called.
Item Two: It is my intention to revive Legate Nasreen Shabani's "Ephian Cup". An open contest of arms, challenge, and contest between each Assembly. Allowing the League to hoist such in triumph. A means by which Pride may be brought in contest of varying form, along with joy and amusement for the populace. All important things to have amidst these dreary portents, onslaughts of criminal behavior, and more. This is primarily brought forth to the Assembly as a courtesy but as representative of the Purple League I would be glad to have co-sponsors of the Voiced of the Gold and White Leagues if so inclined.
Item Three: While there has been undeniably a push among the Sultan's Fourth Legion for recruitment efforts it is patently clear from the reading of their registry and further that majority of the Soldiers are just that. Soldiers. Despite the War's end and a return to peacetime effort. While I do not denigrate the Sultan's Fourth by any means I would raise proposal for additional allotment to be allocated for targeted focus on the training and recruitment of individuals for the Inspector's Jacket. Those that may focus less upon Patrol and more upon the investigation of case, the prosecution of trials, and beyond.
