Based off my character's level, INT modifier, and the wiki, it appears I have fewer spell slots available than should be.
It appears Astrologian spell progression is short by 1 spell for First, Second, and Third Circles somewhere in their level progression path where the additional spell slots are not gained.
Or the wiki is incorrect.
