Ephia's Well grows, prospers and expands - but it hasn't done so alone. The boom of Ephia's Well has come on the backs of a tide of refugees bringing with them much needed labor, sweat and blood. We owe them a debt of gratitude and our pledge to better serve them.

Ramieton, Arslan, the District. We stand able and ready at a rare moment to invest  in our neighbors as we invest in ourselves, high tides shall raise us all. All trade roads shall lead through Ephia's Well, our coffers shall swell and our Souk sing.

Through these opportunities we will better feed, shelter and provide the work to the people they cry out for.

We shall see the laws refined to a more comprehensible and concise machine with cooperation of the Scribes, the Fourth and our Magistrates that have been criminally underutilized.

We shall forge into law legislation to govern contracts to make their signing enforcable, once a proper tax is paid to the Scribes and their signature attached. Merchants, mercenaries and all people who depend on contracts for their daily lives will no longer worry.

We shall see invesments into those of small business with sound ideas and grit so that they might grow their ideas and provide their goods and services. I do this with a heavy heart with my old business partner Carlos in mind.

The treasury of the Well soars, but we do not need to bleed our people. We will reduce the taxes on the people until such a time as there is grave need for large expenses. As last election, again I will seek to reduce expense on titles that are not providing function and value in their use.

Yet...I do not merely just talk the talk when it comes to titles , I've been offered these levers of dinar from the Government a number of times and always turned them down. I take pride that I am able to provide for the Well's people.

Lastly, I will together with the Accord create a framework for negotiating and replacing the Springtime Promise, to grant a platform for hammering out disagreements and dividing authorities among the Accord.

You may note, the canny eared among you a theme. It is cooperation, a Well where everyone is heard and nobody is left behind. There's no place for the idle hands, we will lift together to make a better Well. That's how we'll bloody well do it.
