Title: Change /c dispel invis to remove Improved Invis entirely

Right now when you use '/c dispel invis' while improved invised you look like a dork because the visual and the miss chance remain. It'd be much nicer for RP if both went away.

Rather it were optional. Like just adding /c dispel concealment or something
