I understand you are oft busy but I've a matter requiring your expedited attention.
Tomorrow my Student Arthur intends to protest outside the Sand Gate to petition to Gohari Heavy Industries to allow us to adequately resolve the Djinn taint that yet lingers there afore they endanger the lives of their workers and the future prosperity and safety of the Refugees of Ephia's Well.
Sergeant Hanson has made clear that he intends to try and prevent this protest with violence if necessary unless we have Writ to authorise this protest. For him to attack our College unduly would violate the Springtime Promise and to shut down a protest would violate the freedoms of Ephian's everywhere.
Yet still I have pursued this Writ to ensure we're protected legally and to provide us some measure of control and accord within this chaos.
