Hey all,
First off, I took a new job which has even later hours, so my time to play has been and will remain non-existant for awhile. I'd like to keep Kasi around and eventually bring her back to wrap up her story. Consider her hidden within the machine, I suppose.
But the real reason for this post is to note that my job is for the show VICE on HBO. As part of our 4th (subject to change) episode, we are doing a piece on real life scrappers in Detroit, Cleveland, etc. The correlations are quite amusing. I will keep you posted as to the air date, but it should be late March or early April.

Uh, yea. Real life "scrapping" isn't nearly as romantic. Usually it's people who steal copper wiring in order to fund their drug habit and often times are too raddled out of their minds from the pills to shut off the electricity so they end up a fried blue carcass for the home owners/business owners to find the next day.

Vice is an awesome show, props to you Panama. Do you get to meet Bill Marr?

Maher is in LA. He does watch down our cuts, has an occasional note, but as is usually the case with EP's and Networks, he mostly just fronts the money. Shane Smith (founder) is an exception to that rule.
