Dye Barrel of Lower Sanctuary won't recognize the "Uniform Box".

Also... why can't we die robes with it?

It lists that you can only:

Dye Cloaks, Helmets and Armors. No Robes.
I've tried on Upper before and it didn't work.

Robes are armors. I've tried it on Upper right now and it worked. Twice.

Lower is fine next reset.
