So, uh, small niggling issue, but my character isn't able to smoke, despite having a pipe and stinkweed to smoke with. When I try to use the pipe it gives me the baffling message "you can't smoke something that you are not holding." As far as I'm aware, I am unable to "hold" the pipe as a weapon, so that's probably not it... any ideas?

Report exactly where you found the non-operational pipe. And the stinkweed.
I forgot that you have to actually "use" the pipe on the stinkweed you wish to smoke. Not a bug, just me being forgetful. Sorry!
The pipe sold by Merobolt the Scrapper can't be used on the stinkweed in order to smoke it.
