I made Kojirak coming off the intentional death of my first efu character. My last one had been very passive, somebody without much goals who I could use to explore the server. When I decided to make another character, I wanted somebody with real -presence-. A character whose effects you would feel from the moment you met him. So I made Akmulta, a proud Rashemi man who was dealing with the pain of watching most of his countrymen die by telling their stories to anybody who would listen to them. A boisterous fellow who loved to laugh, eat, and fight with his bare hands. My primary goal was to have him be somebody who you would instantly remember, and I think I succeeded in that much.


There was a lot of stuff I still really wanted to do with Kojirak. Details of his character that never got a chance to come to light, stuff I was holding back for the right moment. The events Rashemen's Battle of the Moonless Night. His adopted daughter. Tons of little things I was looking forward to seeing some reactions from in game. But, it's not all bad. I got to do so much with him. I made a lot of great friends, and had some in character reactions that made it totally worth sinking so much time into this game.


I am going to miss Kojirak a lot. But, I'm not about to let him be my best character. Each end is a new beginning, and I'm going to make a new character that's so incredible you're going to forget I even had a Storyteller.

I look forward to seeing you all in game again soon.

I'm really sorry how it all ended, but I wasn't going to let Wyatt die either.

Superb character, should have lasted far longer than he did. You told great stories in the time he was around! :)

Wayfinders have lost a lot of good dudes in the last couple of months, it seems like. I would've liked a rematch! Kojirak was always a good dude to run into in the wilds, and it's a shame to see him go- but that's efu, I guess.

Sadly, my only interaction with him was in his last hours, but he was true Rashemi to the bitter end.  Died on his feet rather then live on his knees, figuratively, if not in the physical.

We'll never get our rematch.

He was awesome. There are few other words necessary to describe him.
You definitely succeeded. Kojirak left a lasting from very early on, that indominable spirit was infectious!
He'll really be missed.

Oh dear. This guy had class. Shannon greatly respected him and I had hoped that sometime they would get past the argument that estranged them. Wonderful, wonderful character.

Still, looking forward to the next even so!

Thanks to everyone for posting, you've helped a lot in the process of getting over this character and preparing to move onto the next. Kojirak was my first 'serious' character, in my own eyes, and I am pretty humbled by the very positive response he got. The thing I've come to love the most about this server and its players is that while the IC world is very cutthroat and dangerous, beyond the characters there is a very warm and inviting community.
