Collect fleshtrophies from PC tieflings, aasimar, and genasi.

I'd say only from Tieflings and Aasimar, and perhaps Planar Bound Sorcerers. Leave Genasi flesh trophies for Elemental FE. Great idea, though, in my opinion. :)

I don't believe they are outsiders by d&d standards but I could be mistaken

I believe they are considered "Medium Outsider (//%22http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#outsiderType%22) (Native (//%22http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#nativeSubtype%22))"

So infact, by all means - a Aasimar/Teifling/Fey'ri, etc would be susceptible to spells like planar binding (secondary paralysis effect)
