Presently there are only fishing supplies (Bait, fishing pole) available in lower/upper. Suggest that they be added to Mur, Koa toa, and myconid shop.

Kua-Toa has fishing supplies I believe. - I know they definitely have bait.

I suggest adding more stuff as bait, like mudcrab and water snails
