Title: Funeral toll

Add a bell to the Mausoleum that senior members can access to ring once they've confirmed a death.  Would be awesome for dramatic effect after a massive battle that left many dead or an assassination.

It would be extra cool if the sound were ambient throughout Upper, so that anyone who was outside would hear it too.
