Title: Put "/c diagnose" on a player tool

The title says it all. It could replace "Diagnose Withering," which is no longer in use.

I can't tell you how often I use /c Diagnose [insert ridiculously long and convolutedly and infuriatingly spelled name here]

I could definitely see this making like easier
