"A Ritual is already underway" is the current message it gives when you try to start a ritual in the Moldmire, even without any ritual going on.
I think it might be because whoever started the ritual logged off without accepting a reward.
Ive seen that message quite often. I wanted to make a bug report, but I didnt really understand how the system worked.
