Title: Spawns in Sector 37

Certain spawns on this quest are refusing to move past their spawn area, forcing PCs to crowd the spawn points to deal with them, which we know is a no-no. It is resulting in a weird pattern of charging the spawn area, retreating then being forced to charge again because the AI of the spawns keeps them as far from the PCs as possible. Can this be changed so the spawns in question will either move up a bit, or maybe spawn on a side platform of some kind such as in Kobolds?

Ran through this with the change to keep us off the spawn point. Nicely done, thank you. Archers still tend to cluster some but it's at least more of a challenge now. Thank you.
