Due to a bug some PCs were able to make alchemical items in their original, unbalanced form. These items included:
Magma Sphere (with single use stoneskin)
Grasping Clay
Timebug
The nature of the bug is complex to explain but essentially when a DM attempted to remove the items completely from the system, the unbalanced forms could still be made (as the system could no longer 'find' the balanced version).
Since I'm of a charitable nature I'll let PCs keep these items and chalk it up to an unexpected surge in alchemical energies, however if you are still able to make these items after next reset please bug report it.
I'll also mention here that I improved some of the items that I believe had too harshly nerfed.
