After renting the East Barracks yesterday, we were credited with one week of rental time. When I went to add two more weeks to our rental contract, the rental timer reset itself, counting down from two weeks instead of three. In other words, the first week of rent was erased after adding more time.
I have a screen shot of the event if it is required. Not only am I reporting the bug, but I would also like to ask if we can either have our money refunded or have the missing week of time added to our rent. Thank you.
